Minimum 700 sq ft — 20 soldering benches + prototyping machine area
Ventilation
Fume extraction mandatory — soldering fume extractor at each bench or central exhaust system
ESD Control
Full ESD flooring or grounding mats at all workbenches; ionizer fans recommended
Power
20× 5A outlets (per bench) + 30A circuit for reflow oven + 20A for PCB mill
Chemical Storage
Ventilated cabinet for flux, IPA, PCB chemicals (UV photoresist, etchant); fire-rated if using chemical etching
